The Griffin Brothers were a Virginia based R&B band that featured a number of fine singers including MARGIE DAY & TOMMY BROWN, both of whom hit the charts backed by the band.  One of the earliest successes of the band was their support of ROY BROWN on his hit recording of "Hard Luck Blues" for the DELUXE label.  Their hard driving sound is one of the hidden surprises of R&B of the 50's...................
