Sunnyland Slim-(2on1) Slims Shout- Chicago Blues Session
[Souljam600867]
$12.00

Legendary bluesman Sunnyland Slim introduced his own powerful brand of Mississippi Delta-blues piano, and helped build post-World War II Chicago into a major center for the performance and recording of classic acoustic and and electrified blues music. This CD includes his first two albums: Slim's Shout (released on Prestige/Bluesville in 1961, and long unavailable on CD), plus his equally splendid debut LP, Chicago Blues Session (originally issued by 77 Records in 1960).
