In the late '60s, rock 'n' roll fans began discovering the magic of Merrill Moore. A boogie woogie pianist who hung around the hillbilly bars of southern California, he cut music that defied categorisation. Part boogie-woogie, part country, part western swing, part pop. Mostly it was just Merrill Moore music.
