All of these great tracks – recorded by the legendary engineer Rudy Van Gelder – feature a virtual who's who of fabulous musicians from the New York City scene, including Sam “The Man” Taylor, Al Casey, Paul Griffin, Ernie Hayes, Belton Evans, and three former Raelettes as backing vocalists (who billed themselves as The Cookies), among others............
