Originally released in 1974 on ABC/BLUESWAY, this session features the only full length release of this St. Louis born guitarist & singer. He sounds a lot like Eddie Taylor to my ears with his no frills vocals & sturdy guitar playing. Band includes SUNNYLAND SLIM on keyboards, CAREY BELL on harmonica & WINEHEAD WILLIE WILLIAMS on drums. If you like the Chicago "lump te Lump" sound this will scratch your itch................
